Rick's Chippie - Shark-Face - finished

Post by CBris »

I was helped with a lot of photos, but it was still a harrowing task. I just couldn't get any decent side views of the nose that would fit the skin...

Anyway, I ended up drawing by hand. All the rivets and panel lines are over-drawn, but I still need to do something about the shadow lines etc. Anyway, ready enough for an outing and a promise of more to come.

Finished! ...and yes, that is yours truly in the back seat ;-)

You may argue about taste as much as you want - it is a real world paint and somebody must love her!

She'll be up on Avsim as soon as I have written the readme and zipped it all up.

Nice paint Chris

Not my particular cup of tea but as you rightly say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder so someone out there must be completely in awe :)

Very nice Chris, downloaded and installed. Where does it usually fly from (probably know if i'd RTFM), as I feel the need to put it into my AI setup! :yipeee:

Tim Arnot, where are you?

Blame it on him! All he ever told me was "My local airfield" - perhaps he didn't want to give anything away?
