Due to shortages and cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.

Well worth a visit to pay your respects.It is an imposing and spectacular thing and very,very,very moving.

You've all seen the film and no doubt,read Guy Gibson's book,"Enemy Coast Ahead",but this throws it all into stark reality and is very humbling.

The Dambusters Memorial in Woodhall Spa,Lincolnshire.

We visited it last year on our way home from the Lincs Lanc Association members day at Coningsby.
