Developed by the GT Legends people (I know there are several fellow fans of that here) and it is free! Not tried it myself and I guess it is a pretty big download, but hey! Its Free!

Thanks for the link Trev....Downloaded and very briefly tried it........Wunderbah
It is excellent though one problem, the BMW does not have F1 brakes!! :o Found having to extract myself from the gravel trap a number of times
......equally if you get caught on the grass....beware!!
In car there is very little sensation of speed so misjudgements will occur, on a video replay from the tv camera the car is moving quickly but when inside, due to the width of the track all sensation of speed is lost as I found out on a number of occassions when the car went off on the corners just a tad too fast, though it did not seem it. Equally the engine gives a wonderful sound when braking and changing down the gears as the engine revs are matched to the road speed.
Graphics are very good, I would have not hesitate in buying the whole circuits!!
I would definately recommend downloading this.
Nigel.

Re: Free BMW racing sim................
Hi Guys
Been testing it for about 2 months as a beta and it's pretty close to accurate handling wise although i am still not 100% happy with the in car engine sounds.
Great game and as a bonus it's free.
Do yourselves a big favour and turn off the DSC & traction controls
as they make it so boring and understeery
Anyone fancy some MP racing ?.
Regards
Rick

Glad you like it chaps, however at 350meg, it is too big for my connection to handle. Never mind GT Legends is nearer my era anyway!
