I think it's a Martin Mariner.
My mother worked on these as an engine fitter during the war, at Nutts Corner in Northern Ireland.

Don't know if you know about the Mariners claim to "fame" ? It was sent out to look for the 5 Avengers "flight19 led by Lt Taylor" that were lost over the Bermuda triangle but disappeared also.... :o
It supposedly blew up IIRC...

Martins answer to the PBY5 Garry
It saw limited use in Coastal Command - as Techy sort of alluded to - it had a reputation for reducing itself to component
parts due to fuel leaks in the carrythrough area.
