Remembrance Day

Post by AllanL »

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

Hi James,

It's Robert Sanderson's Hurricane IIC. He has produced three separate Hurricanes.

This one seems to only be available at sim-outhouse. You'll need to log in to get the download at this:

http://www.fswarbirds.com/index.php?pag ... ileID=2845

You'll find the others with a Stearman package at:

http://www.fswarbirds.com/index.php?loc ... 0Sanderson

The scheme is a SEAC one and the Hurricane is over the hills surrounding the Imphal plain. My father was in the Mountain Artillery and used to liaise with the Hurricanes for extra firepower.

It's a great model, but like all of Robert's model, it is a real CPU hog
