Once again, having an FSX version that isn't an FSX version isn't fun. This is the same on the wasp / scout. Rotars and props created using FSDS (3 and earlier?) don't show up correctly as they are layered above effects/autogen and clouds. If its only FS9, then thats fine, don't have an FSX version, but don't pass something off as FSX which clearly isn't. :brick:
yes ben you are correct, it is a gamx FS9 version just ported over. it is NOt for the want of trying, but the FSX SDK just will not work on my setup. i have tried to install it numerous times and it just never works, so i have to continue exporting FS9 models only. not much i can do about it really

There is something you can do about it
You could just say it's FS.9 only and point out it won't run properly is FS.X

true, but for the person who actually requested it, is happy with it, as from the VC or internal view, it looks ok, and you do not see the issue. so as long as he is happy as it was his request, then I am happy.

I see that your Tornado GR4 is clearly an FSX model. Would it not be possible to run such things by this developer, or someone else on the team who can get the FSX SDK working?
If not, then I agree with the others. There'd be no problem if it wasn't advertised as an FSX compatible model. ;-)
