Newly converted ...

Post by DanKH »

Just out for a test-flight, with most of the gauges converted manually to genuine 'sbp' FSX-format !
Textures converted to dds.
Added a little more smoke ;-) (still have to work a bit on the coordinates though)

Got me!

Btw. I see what you mean about the jagged edges, I guess it's because I grabbed it from a small windowed screen, and then re-sized it to 800x600. I can promise you it runs absolutely 'jagless' on my screen when simming seriously ;-)

  Phew! That's a relief - I've been going through my collection of your old screenshots on all three laptops to see if there's a problem with my display! Yes, it's probably grabbing it from a windowed screen that's squiggled it up and Degsy reckons resizing did the same to his shots. I was just a bit disappointed comparing it to your usual standard of screenshot. G-ASG? deserves the best

So what are these gauges you've done - do they look any different or is the difference simply in FSX performance?
