At work at the moment, we were flying over Coventry on an un-related task when we offered to assist ATC locate an aircraft they lost comms with a few moments previously, sadly we found the wreckage of both aircraft, very busy organising the resources at scene.

In its former work in the Atlantic Air group it used to share our hangar at Leeming ferrying the Tornado crews around.

Hello all.

As many of you are aware I used to work for Air Atlantique at Coventry and I knew 2 of the people killed in the crash on Sunday. This is a terrible, tragic accident and my thoughts are with the familes of all those involved. Some very fine people have been lost.

Tom.
