He should be banned for life to be honest. My better half has just been involved in an accident because an idiot thought the speed limits didn't apply to him and I can't stand sloppy driving in general, people forget how easy it would be to kill someone with a car or bike and treat it as a great little jolly, or even worse get irate about anything and everything and begin to drive aggressively and dangerously.

Agree totally Garry and Chris H, unfortunately far too many motorists flout the laws and take unnecessary risks.
Until Road Safety Partnerships adopt a different stance than they have at present then I'm afraid dangerous and careless driving will continue. How many times do we see them and the government state 'Speed Kills' in road safety campaigns when in fact they should be targeting 'Attitude' instead.
It is the attitude of motorists that has to be targeted more than anything else, for that is I believe, the fundamental cause of accidents, poor and dangerous driving.
I could go on but feel it is time for me to stop!!
