For a couple of guys about to go before the judge they look pretty cocky. It'll be interesting to see how all this plays out. (pulls up chair, places bowl of popcorn in lap, and opens a Guinness) ;-)

It's a drop in the ocean and the wrong way to go about sorting these issues out. If Piratebay goes under people will just switch to another location for their dodgy torrents and the chase will continue. I foresee this going on for a long time.
