Some of my last flights

Post by WhisperJet »

Hi All,

Howdy, I have figured out how to do screenshots!

And even though I can't serve any kind of special scenery or realisitic cloud add-ons -
I just thought I'd post a few impressions from my last 1-11 flights.

I also have to add that my environment is not "classic" - I'm operating the 1-11 (and sometimes the 748) in a 2009 ambiente. ;)
Here's where we have been in the last two weeks:

---

Making noise in the neighborhood: OE-ILD at Bratislava MR Stefanik Airport!

Image

They're good friends round here! ;)

Image

Leaving Bratislava for a flight to Prague.
(got in trouble there with AI-Traffic, so there's no pix from there)

Image

Returning back from Prague in Vienna:

Image

Greetings from Gaddafi - Approaching Malta on a flight from Tripolis in DDQ:

Image

Same view from the cockpit, just before getting established over Gozo:

Image

All well here on finals:

Image

And once again DDQ after take-off in Palermo on its way back to Tripolis:

Image

Here's OPWA in Geneva before T/O to Manchester via Zurich:

Image

OPWA over Lake Geneva:

Image

And OPWA approaching Zurich, RWY 14:
(it actually never made it to Manchester cause right over the channel my girlfriend called me off the computer)

Mike Fox arriving from Bournemouth on her Malpensa stand:

Mike Fox hindering an Emirates 777 on taxi in Malpensa before a flight to Bournemouth:

Any feedback is appreciated!

Cheers and best wishes from LOWW,

Nick

Hi Nick

Nic e to see you enjoying yourself B)smk

TBH they need to be 800 x 600 as those are a bit small :worried:

I take it OPWA is OBWA :hide:

Hi Garry,

thanks, I'm working on the size problem! :worried:

Apart from that - this was also meant as a "thank you for your patience" in explaining me how to get along with the repaints.
(As you can see, DDQ, ILD and yes - OBWA are in regular use)

Thanks again, cheers and best from Vienna,

Nick

HI Nick

Easy for the size

Just make a new 800 x 600 document and paste the screen shot into there :)

Some nice shots there, Nick. They'll look smashing at the larger size :)

You picked a busy time to arrive at Vienna! I count nine aircraft waiting for you to turn off the runway. No pressure, then

Thanks, Ian! ;)

Yeah, pretty busy, and what is particularly funny:

The third aircraft waiting is a SkyEurope 737 (Callsign: Relax) and they ceased operation last monday.
SkyEurope based in Bratislava, Vienna and Prague were a local rival to Austrian and FlyNiki.
However their low-cost motto obiously was too low-cost. 8)

I think I'll keep the AI planes anyway... ;)

Cheers,

Nick
