The very same bit of film was posted not too long ago here and I believe the title was claiming it was an F18 (not by the chap who posted the link I might add)
Well.. it's still no F18 and it's certainly not a Harrier either

With experience of working with SHARs I'd say it was a fake as theres no reaction to jet blast as it goes over him.
