Agree Eddie but I tend to think that even the solicitor was lost for words in defending (or trying to) defend his client and probably that was all he could think of at the time!!
For some-one to ride a motorbike at that speed especially on a single carriageway road beggars belief, just hate to think of the consequences on life had he hit another vehicle let alone his!!
