I was very impressed by the professionalism of the contoller. Very calm and collected. Also looks like the fire service got to the scene toot sweet.

Ooops. The Captain transmitted the evacuation command to ATC instead of the PA. "Transmitting to ATC, sir. Fire brigade on their way."
Still, I think the crew got the message, anyway!
It sometimes happened in flight the other way round and we'd have to break the news that they just transmitted their position to 350 sleeping punters!
