This being possible in parts of the Thames Valley (Oxon, Berks) but even up to 20cm is expected in surrounding areas.
I've got the shovel in the boot.....

Oh boy oh boy oh boy! I feel like Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes! Just as I was clearing the 2 inches of snow off the car this morning (in addition to the 3 inches lying from previous days) my school rang to say it was closed! Apparently this is the first time in it's 102 year history it's closed due to snow. Not always, but sometimes I LOVE being a teacher! About to take my kids sledging for the first time in their lives and since I was an 8 year old in Norwich.
