Found this at flightsim.com bass_normandies_and_channel_islands.zip

It adds a lot of houses and landmarks which just perk up the C.I's a bit, be aware that if your running UK2000 Part 1 scenery it will mess the airports up a bit, however by going into the Normandy scenery folder and renaming the 3 airport bgls to xbgl cures this. Like I say adds a bit of stuff to JSY etc but maybe not everyones cup of tea. I thinks its FS2004 only but not sure.
