As I noted elsewhere, it would not have been possible when that hangar housed a Sea Vixen or two, a couple of TT18 Canberras, a couple of Meteor U16's & umpteen crated Jindiviks!

Thanks Dave...I enjoyed that!

Joe!...Do you want to find us a hangar in FLIGHT. We should be able to do that, but preferably in loose line astern :agree:

Gents looking forward to your attempts ...line astern first maybe , but when you've cracked that ... echelon , line abreast ?

Hi Peter

The two hangers at the west end of Honolulu are flyable
A bit narrow though, we may have to tuck a wing to squeeze through

or stack'm up , wheel to wheel.

I'll bet bottom dollar we can do it, but we'd need a third party on the airfield to record it. We'd have no time or allowance for distraction fiddling with that.

Problem is, I'm slammed with RR stuff so meeting up may be the trickiest part.
*-) although, I could re schedule a Tuesday morning appointment.... :wasntme:

What a performance!
When you hear about the dangers of doing a repeat low pass over an airfield, due to vortices etc, can you imagine the air disturbance inside that enclosed space? :-O :-O :-O

Joe & Peter, you be careful, boys. :poke:
Cheers, Mike.

Practice? bah! Piece of cake. First try...with a jet even. :wasntme: ;)

Joe...those were two very nice fly-thoughs...I particularly liked the inverted one. I feel sure that I have seen a much wider single hangar somewhere in the Hawaiian islands and if you could repeat that inverted one through it, I'm sure I could formate through in echelon on you...I would of course be the right way up...As you know, I don't do formation under negative G!...It would still look very good on video with one up and one down. I've just got to figure out out to fly it and video it from the outside at the same time
