Hi Chaps..
While sat near Burntwood waiting for a delivery on Sat afternoon, I noticed what I think was a Vulcan profile in the distance. What enforced this belief was that the aircraft was leaving smoke!
Anyone know if 558 was up? I'd like to think I've now seen it once since it took to the skies!! Not quite sure of my bearings at the time but I estimate it was flying NE.. time.. 1540 or thereabouts.

Woah! What superb pictures, thanks Robin.
They don't seem to be leaving much on the airframe fatigue clock

I wondered why the undersurfaces were camouflaged....& look at the amount of rudder applied with full aileron......
Fantastic shots.

Cheers guys.. so I
did see it then
She wasn't very high.. similar to the same as those shots at Cosford where I reckon she'd just come from. Shame I wasn't a bit closer.
