Photobucket

Post by Nigel H-J »

Just a rant and wonder whether anyone else here is having the same problem as me.

Took me a couple of tries before finally being able to sign into Photobucket and so far have spent the last hour trying to upload a bl**dy screen shot!!

Now whether it is because I am on a library computer should really make no difference, I press the upload button and all it does is show that it is trying to connect to upload.

When and if I can get back in I am going to delete my account as I have had enough that site. Will try Flickr or something similar instead but as far as I am concerned Photobucket is now a thing of the past.

Nigel, if you shorten up photobucket using the first three letters and the last three it becomes > phoket.

I left said years ago , back round 08 or 09... Whenever I got notification they could use my pics for their profit. The hell you can I said. .. You're fired!
I use fotki , it was free, it went to 25.00 per year . I paid this time round. .. *-)

I'm with George on this one. I used to use Image Shack, but have been using Postimage for some time now. Very easy, and very quick.

  Joe that just about sums it up. Brilliant!

Thanks for the link George, think I will now use that site instead of phoket! 8)

Oh Dear. George, I think you have some explaining to do, clicked on that link and got this: The site you have chosen has been categorized as: Pornography :$ :hide:

Hello Nigel - try this link:

George is even older than me, so he is allowed the odd typo here and there ;)

8) Hi Mike, unfortunately when I try the link it still comes up as a pornography site!!

This is one of the bug-bears associated in using a public library computer, they are a bit over the top in restricting sites.

Will most probably use Flicker or keep with Photobucket until it becomes too unbearable.

Late Edit: Hi George :hello: Still showing a porno site.

Hi Nigel

Try doing a Google search for post image from the Google home page.
Then click on one of the returns.
