If you're at a loose end this weekend (I know most of us aren't allowed to be) the second of the Cold War Jets open days is at Bruntingthorpe. Nowhere in the world will you get as close to live historic jets such as he Lightning, Canberra, Buccaneer, Hunter and numerous JPs (even if they are ground bound) and of course, the VC10! As a bonus, the Lancaster is booked for a flypast!
