We're only half way into Autumn, but there was ice on the road this morning.......
Stopped at my 93 year old mate's house, as there was an ambulance and a police car parked out front.
Turned out that a naked man had been running about the middle of the road, trying to punch and kick passing traffic, whilst swearing loudly.
The sole occupant of the police car got him to the ground and handcuffed him. He was taken away in an ambulance. The one I saw was the second on the scene, and for some reason remained there, though the Police left before I did.
The general opinion of the small crowd, was that the naked man was affected by "ice."
I think that's justification for the title of this topic.
A bit early for ice!

Ho hum! it was 88F or 31.1 centipedes, or whatever they are here today. Had to let you know that Mike after you poured salt on our wounds during our gloomy days of winter. Oh and a naked man was arrested in the middle of Washington D,C, a week or so ago behaving in much the same way as your chap. For the record, there was not a bit of ice in sight. I believe he also was packed off into an ambulance.

Been snowing for 2 days here, I just shoveled another 6" before I could leave the house, and we're half way into spring time!!!
You wouldn't find anyone running around naked over here Mike...not unless he wanted to lose his dangly bits lol.
