GAS saying goodbye

Post by Tako_Kichi »

Just in case anyone missed the announcement over here Golden Age Simulations have announced they are closing their doors! :worried:

They posted the following on several forums over at SOH:
"After nearly 20 years of development of aircraft models for flight simulation, it is with mixed emotions that GAS has decided to cease operations, including product sales effective June 30 2025. Current vendors Just Flight, SimMarket, and the MS Marketplace have been informed and asked to suspend sales by that date. I have been assured that your purchase history is maintained on their servers allowing access to previously purchased models. Those direct purchasers from our website will be supported by us, limited to download replacement requests. In closing all of at GAS want to thank you all for your support and collaboration over the years.

Best to all"
They will be missed!

End of an era.

I had quite a few of their aircraft in my hanger also, recently they have mostly been making different versions of the stearman, I had always hoped he would make a Douglas World Cruiser, but glad for the aircraft I was able to use.
