Ahh, the absolute Mecca for Aviation Enthusiasts of the time, to see the most pioneering of designs!

Unfortunately, Farnborough is becoming something of a laughing stock these days, judging by the reviews of the last two or so shows.

By contrast, todays Biggin Hill sounded great with Air Atlantiques fleet flying in formation - I listened on the internet to it, on LBC radio!

Some nice piccys there, thanks for showing.

I personally wouldn't say Farnborough has become a laughing stock but I have to admit that when I 1st went in 2004 it wasn't as large and impressive as I thought it would have been. I would have loved to have seen more Civil stuff on static which was unfortunately parked well away from public view (A340-600, A318, 747-400 etc).
Still; I'll be heading there again this year all the same!

Cheers,
Andy M.
