Jane's getting her tail up!
Just a quick post.
Visited the Lincs Aviation Heritage Centre website yesterday to see what's new.

On Sept 16th (I suppose weather permitting) the Lancaster there, NX611 "Just Jane", is not only doing one of her reqular taxi runs, but doing a fast taxi run & getting up to just under T/O speed.
Might be tempted It's several years since I have experianced the old girl roaring.

Just Jane’s tail up taxi, planned for the 16th of September, has now been 'Finalised and Confirmed'.

In addition there also appears to plans to have the BBMF Lancaster simultaneously carry out a flypast :shock: , making an already unique event thoroughly unmissable.
