boscombe Down 3rd runway???

Has any one noticed the 3rd runway at boscombe???

Sort of - it depends what you mean. The original third "runway" at Boscombe is now used as a taxyway and a datum point for the VAAC Harrier. However, the northern taxyway is also used as a Tutor runway to free up the main, and there are at least two grass runways mown too.

I think that's exactly what they are, just grass, no markings, but they do appear on the charts.
