Hi chaps,
I've recently joined a VA and they are asking for a copy of the logbook once I've completed a proving flight.
I've found out how to get FS to enter the flight time etc automatically but I don't know where to find the log itself.
Any ideas?

You will find it in
Root Directory ( usually C:) \Documents and settings \Your name\ my docs \ *.LOG ( the asterisk will be whatever name you have assigned to your logbook in FS

You missed a \Flight Simulator Files\ after My Docs:
C:\Documents and Settings\<name>\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files\
Default name is ...surprise: "logbook.log"
