If you want to pay, try UKVFR Terrain Mesh.. otherwise, I used to swear by Georender (the UK area happened to be the free demo!!)
EDIT.. Sri matey, gave you a bum steer. Just saw someome mention in their 2006 awards FSGenesis. FSGenesis has the freebie UK area
