How Ironic!

Post by Jetset »

I am not too sure if this has been mentioned, so if it has I apologise. Whilst working the night shift last night, I watched the Concorde disaster movie Airport 1979. The reg of the aircraft used was F-BTSC, the exact one that crashed in Paris. Strange! Or maybe it's just the tiredness in me coming out?

Yes I noticed that at the time. A very tragic co-incidence, but also quite spooky.

An even spookier coincidence.........

In 1863/4 Abraham Lincolns son, Robert, was saved after falling down the platform / train gap at a railway station as the train arrived, by Edwin Booth.

In 1865 Edwin Booths brother John Wilkes Booth assasinated the father of the man his brother had saved
