Jon Murchison no longer developing for FS2004

Post by RAF_Quantum »

11th February - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Jon announced today that he will no longer be developing for Flight Simulator 2004. "A number of reasons have led me to this decision, the first and most important is FSX is the sim of the future, so I want to focus on all the potential and exciting opportunities this new tool provides. I'm also aware I simply don't have time to develop for both versions of FS. FSX has been my focus for several months now, and with this decision, will remain so."
All current FS2004 releases will continue to be supported, however any releases currently in development specifically for FS2004 have now been cancelled. This does not include the Complete AI packs in development, as they work across both sims.

I'd love to run it mate but I can't find it in my heart to buy a pc capable of running it! :tuttut: Birthday coming up but no.. I couldn't.. could I??

No.. I really need a new car more than I need a PC and if I hang on to the 406 much longer, I'll be forking out for a new clutch. Not cheap.. No Sir

Good thing is though.. the FD for the FSX model might work a damned sight better in 2004 than the 2004 one does so there's hope for us yet

Thanks Ben, I think we'd realised that. Not a lot of good if you are sticking with FS9. :poke:
