Top idea,But finding the time to get into town may be a problem.

1969 was chosen because of the runway extension,as it will give people the oppertunity to fly the early heavy jets.

Having looked at the above charts,I think i may make it as it was in 74,With the slightly longer runway(for the reason above),And pier C(for the extra parking).

Although i may just go and hide in my bedroom. :lol:

what a brilliant idea mate. And as always you have the full support of a wonderful and dedicated group of fellow nuts!

I often think back to the days when I walked along the piers and looked down at the aircraft. As far as local knowledge goes then I'm afraid I can't add anything in addition to the material that has already been submitted. :redface:

However I wish you well with your project and hopefully might catch a glimspe of you at the meet on sunday! :wink:
