I remembered I had read a very entertaining article on the An-2 a couple of years ago and I managed to find it.

Wow... now I guess I can take my tailwheel on the AN-2 we have here at Lancaster... just need enough money, but now I know where most of the switches and levers are and what they do. :)

BTW, anyone know what the green one is for? I figured out the mixture, throttle, and prop, but the purpose of the green one eludes me (oh yeah, the blue one is carb heat).
