I don't know the route details until he gets back tomorrow, but an unmodified 52 has a terrible endurance, about 1hr 15mins before you really want to be re-uniting yourself with the ground (Typical cruise speed of about 130knots). So with that in mind a ferry tank was fitted into the rear cockpit. He arrived in Lithuania on Saturday a couple of hours after my last post. So its down to guys in Lithuania to fit the extend fuel tanks (another 45 litres per wing), smoke system and do the repaint. Hopefully someone has a digi camera there and can take a few snaps along the way - I'll post them here if I can get any.

Thats pretty good then a mod 52 can fly up to 1hr 15mins , nice your getting a smoke systerm!!!
