Had the Pricess had been successful, SARO were planning ambitious follw on designs...the Duchess and the Queen

SARO were possibly the most innovative company in British aviation at the time, SR53 / SR177, SRA1 and the Black Knight rocket programme;
but then I could be biased, growing up a stone's throw from the Columbine hangar, and just a short way from where Sopwith built the first 'Bat boat'
