It's a Ford!

Visited my mate for his 92nd Birthday, on 1st January.
His neighbour restores cars, and this was parked outside:

Yes, Mike. One pours Babbitt, and when bored properly... To spec... Well they still rattle.
It's why they's sometimes called a bearcat motor... Cause you can hear the bear,.... chasing the cat... all around the motor. :agree:

I'll get the video up in a while... But if you can't hold your wee.. Goggle it!

A few years ago, not so far from you but actually in NSW, I met a man driving a 1928 Model A ute , which had been his grandfather's and which had been in the family from new . It was very largely original apart from a new cover for the back, and was in remarkable condition

Not quite up to the standard of Mike's but for those whom Chris has made curious, here's a Ford ute. This one is on Norfolk Island (taken in 2009) and would have been brought ashore in a rowing boat, as there's no port on the island.
