Be carefull
I went to this site and clicked on the C5 galaxy accident.
A window opened saying
'Office 2000 preparing to install'
I used task manager to close the window (the 'close window' button within the window could possibly be an 'OK' button in reality).
The hard disk continued to make a lot of noise after the window was closed, so I attempted to restart the computer.
I got a message saying that powerpoint (which was not open) had encountered an error.
Anyone have any idea what this could be?
My anti-virus is up to date as are microsoft updates.
Regards
Kevin

Very odd :think:Chris Trott wrote:Kevin, it means you don't have Microsoft PowerPoint installed. If you note on the link properties, it links you to a ".ppt" file, which is a PowerPoint Presentation file.
I did have PowerPoint installed. On re-starting the PC and clicking on my PowerPoint shortcut, I was however asked to insert the disc. This I did and all now seems well.
Cheers
