I like that idea CB. Seems fair too, but would need to have a huge fleet. What if each pilot has 1 a/c of his choice, and if he wants to fly a non owned a/c he can grab one of the "pool" aircraft. A bit like those who want to have their own company car, and those that don't opt out and fly...

Chris, Chris, Chris.... Please. This is a FUN thing. I really don't give a sh1t if you had to spend some monopoly money to get to a monopoly airport. It didn't bother me when it happened to me twice, and it really shouldn't bother you. If it does, maybe your in the wrong VA? I wanted to fly up from ...

Chris, I just want to make something clear... I didn't steal your aircraft, I took it back from where it came. We need to lighten up a bit here guys this is fun. The aircraft belong to the airline, and as such, any pilot can fly any aircraft that he is approved to fly. I know that sometimes this cou...

Hi Joe, Can we just give it a go and see what the consensus is. This is early days, so lets just see how everyone else feels. Not being prosciptive, just trying to get a handle on what the general view is. I think at the moment your the only guy who has done a trans atlantic, lets see what some othe...

Hi Joe, Personally I think x16 is too much. As a general rule I tend to fly for between 1Hr and 1Hr 30, although this varies. I don't fly trans atlantic often, but when I took the 10 out 2 weeks ago from JFK to Aldergrove, I had it on x4 and it took about 1hr 20. Your absolutely right about not havi...

Horses for courses. I'm not a big football fan, but I do want to see England do well, as they are the only home nation in the competition. There are the usual larger louts, but for every one of them, there are 100 everyday folk who want to see their country do well in an international competition. D...
